More information for customers

The roll-out of smart energy meters allows Unión Fenosa Distribución to improve the service it offers the users connected to its electrical networks.

The company has a free app called tuluz, which enables domestic users with remotely-managed smart energy meters to access their power-consumption data on any mobile device. Available for Android, iOS and Windows, the app makes it easy for households to find out how they are using their energy.

Moreover, this application has recently added a tool which is the first of its kind in the Spanish power sector, featuring local maps showing where maintenance work is being carried out on the electricity-line network or incidents that could be causing service disruption.
